It will come down to turn out. For those of us who are not close to the state. How is the enthusiasm?

Wahoooo!!

I knew the scandal over Hagan’s husband would shift the vote.

I watched the last NC Senate Debate via YouTube. Hagan, whom I just refer to as the “Hag”, is a real B**ch.

As an NCian, I really don’t know. I do know that MANY Dems are not interested in voting. Also, some early voting has been curtailed this year.

I live in NC and I do not know anyone who is thrilled about Tillis for Senate. My husband and I are voting for him, but not with any enthusiasum. It’s another of those votes against a candidate, Kay Hagan, not really a vote for Tom Tillis.

I live in Charlotte ... my prediction is that Tillis will win and it won’t even be close.

I think a lot of races are going to be like that.

The repubs will vote reliably, and the dems and indies will mostly stay home. There’s just not the interest out there at all.

This is one that the Republicans need to flip.

Kagan's commercials instantly make me want to vote for Tillis.

Tillis' efforts in the wake of gay marriage being deemed legally wholesome in spite of voters' overwhelming opinion to the contrary have me voting for Tillis.

Flatulence induced global warming caused the obama tsunami that washed Kagan into office and it has done a lot of damage.

I reckon NC will be pulling the chain for Tillis in November and flush her back to where she came from.

I have an friend in NC
We talk every so often.
He always complains about Obama, Obamacare, welfare for the lazy and such.

But for the life of me I cannot convince him to register to vote. So frustrating.

Has Tillis conquered his stuttering? Loved his singing at the Grand Ole Oprey. Cook that he’s running for Senate.

"Tillis 46 - Hagan 45"

The Dims are not worried. Those numbers are well within the range of the Democrat's ability to win by cheating.

The point is that any North Carolinian who stays home and leaves a vote available to Kay Hagan deserves to live under the kind of political tyranny this Administration is imposing, with its Senate majority and Hagan's rubber stamping of every Obama wish.

Hagan cannot "run away" from Obama today, when she has voted like a robot for at least 95% of the legislation he, Reid, and Pelosi have inflicted on citizens. In her recent debate, she took on a "preachy" and "lecturing" tone very similar to, and more like that of the President, than that of a person who was running away from his failed style of leadership and the ideological policies of "redistribution" he imposes.

Her arrogant and highly condescending tone toward her opponent, Mr. Tillis, even dripped into her tone with the Moderator, reminding him time after time, like a 4th grader, that "the Speaker hasn't answered your question!" Her tone becomes as obnoxious to the ear as that of the President. That tone, on its own, is one thing, but her absolute devotion to the Reid/Pelosi/Obama government takeover of the lives of citizens says that she cannot now expect to "run away" from policies which the President himself asserts "are on the ballot."

Obamacare is unpopular with North Carolinians, and will become more so when the next deluge of cancellations and premium increases sets in. Hagan participated, with Reid and Pelosi, in that great fraud on her constituents and the rest of America.

Tell him he’s as much of a problem as every gimemedat that voted for Obama.

It’s going to be damn close. The surge Tillis is experiencing in most polls is more than offset by the extensive ground game the RATs have in place, especially in Wake and Mecklenburg Counties (Raleigh & Charlotte). There will be rampant fraud. The only question remains as to its scale and scope. The winner will take by no more than two points and the results will be challenged — both sides are lawyering up at a frenetic pace. It’s still Hagan’s race to lose, and she’s doing a great job to do exactly that.

Sorry, but I have to disagree. Many Conservatives will NOT vote for a RINO on their ballot. From what I understand, there are many FReepers here, on this website, who admit that they did not vote for Romney in 2012. They stayed home as did a lot of other Conservatives who would not vote for a RINO and many of the “Christian Right” who would not vote for a Mormon. (I guess they’d rather have a Muslim in the White House.) Well.....the rest is history.
