IF there was one brave reporter who wanted his or her White House credentials pulled and actually asked that question, the White House would reply that it was due to the actions of others not getting the proper data to the pres(id)ent on time. If they asked a follow up question, "Doesn't that indicate that he is a really bad manager of staff if this is a constant issue?" will be replied with "no more questions."
