"The guidelines were constantly changing" and "there were no protocols" at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas as the hospital treated a patient with Ebola, the president of National Nurses United said in a statement on Tuesday. Protective gear nurses wore at first left their necks exposed, union co-president Deborah Burger said, citing information she said came from nurses at the hospital. The union said it would not identify the nurses it spoke with in order to protect them from possible retaliation.

Obola said all his policies are represented on the ballot. Every one of them includes this failure to act on excluding travellers from West Office.
Uh..West Africa...doh
There was a guy on BOR tonight that ... blamed Bush.
Said Bush signed into law something that would prevent us legally from excluding those from the Hot Zone.
First I’ve heard of that, but gotta prop Rats for lying and managing to blame Bush for everything yet again.
Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.
The purpose of the Bring Out Your Dead ping list (formerly the Ebola ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.
So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the Bring Out Your Dead threads will miss the beginning entirely.
*sigh* Such is life, and death...
I knew when the CDC blamed the nurse for not running down the hall screaming “Ebola, Ebola, we’re all going to die, everyone flee for your lives” that this was a classic case of feces rolling down hill onto the peasants.
In every case the “Experts” at the CDC, HHS, the Administration, and the MSM Rent-a-docs have all been claiming expert knowledge and then dumping on the peasants when they were wrong. The sad part is that if you watched and listened careful you could spot their inconsistencies but more importantly you could spot their obvious lying.
Frieden will be thrown under the oncoming bus shortly and they will have to find another politically correct and incompetent sock puppet to take his place.
It doesn’t matter what protocol they follow. The CDC has Captain Hindsight at the helm, and he will always tell you what you did wrong.
I found something that solves the problem.
Defund the CDC! A nationalized “health” outfit is communism! Abolish the UN!
Send the military troops there, both medical (3000 personnel) and then combat forces (4000) to enforce zones and we have 7,000 personnel who can become infected, then returned to their bases Stateside, going home to their families who in turn go to elementary and high schools, who go shopping or wives to work. The impact of the spread of this disease is ready to explode.
There are many variants of ebola.
Does anyone know which ‘one’ this is ?
The nurses are afraid of retribution. That’s just plain damned wrong.
Freiden says he’s thinking about the nurse constantly and will now send quick response teams to any place that gets a new infected patient. I wish a reporter would ask him “Would you go visit a sick patient wearing the gear you’re recommending everyone else wear?”
Ebola Zaire I read somewhere, but it mutates.
> It doesnt matter what protocol they follow. The CDC has Captain Hindsight at the helm, and he will always tell you what you did wrong.
Captain Hindsight.
The Greek god, Epimetheus, is the god of hindsight.
It appears that the CDC prays to him regularly.
Words fail me. Now they blame Bush for ebola.
The initial Dem spin was from Van Jones who blamed sequestration for Ebola.
I forget how he tried to add that up but it was nonsensical.
Van Jones and nonsensical go together quite well.
They’re wanting a long holiday to hide from their duty, when Ebola strikes. And they don’t want to think or improvise, even though they’re the experts.
