I have been waiting for him to go under the 37% to 39% range for the longest time but he seems to be stuck there.
It’s been like poll after poll after poll for months.
I am resigned to the fact that this is his BOTTOM and THAT proportion of American voters are really CLUELESS and are LOST CAUSES.
39% seems high for nothing going right in the world.

It probably is high. Did you see that recent story where they tried to name a beach park in HI in honor of Obama? They were going to keep the old name, & just add Obama’s name in front of it. The public outcry was so loud and strong that they had to scrap the idea.
Now that was in HI, which is very liberal, and where supposedly he was born. If sentiment is that strong and vocal against him in HI, it likely much worse elsewhere.
Then you have Allison Lundgren Grimes, in KY, refusing over and over to even admit she voted for Obama. She is a DEMOCRAT, and she won’t even acknowledge voting for the current Dem POTUS. Doesn’t that say, in so many words, that Obama is toxic?
Yes, it’s probably a lot worse. When Dem candidates are ordering Obama to stay away from their states, and running ads distancing themselves from Obama, you figure he’s probably in the mid to low thirties, in reality. At least that’s my take. Nov. 5 should provide a more accurate window into the actual state of affairs.

Those are his base. They will never desert him. Obama can say he’s still more popular than Bush - if only for the bragging rights.
I think that 39% is his floor, based on the number of people on food stamps and other entitlements. Low skilled, low job-motivated people have little choice but to cast their lot with those who promise free money. Populist tyrants know this all too well as they seek to maintain support.
A large portion of the population, most of which we probably wouldn't associate with, base their likes and beliefs, not on logic or facts, but on a basis that would make black magic look sane, and of course there are also those that got their free 0bamaphone, 0bama made their house payments, etc., etc..
They don't like the air bombing, they don't like that ACA is not single payer, they don't like that he didn't close Guantanamo.
But the "war mongering" will be sending his numbers down further as leftists forsake him.
Black supporters + people on the dole likely have given Barry a 35% floor.

Gosh, you would think after all of the abuses of his authority, the scandals in which add up daily it seems, the mistrust of his cabinet; due to their extremist views to where they set policies, the abuses of his IRS, the Benghazi cover up, the mishandling of the terrorist attack in Fort Hood by claiming it was work place violence, that idiotic beer summit to where he made a fool of himself, which he continues to do as we see him playing golf while Americans are being beheaded, calling his Justice Department into the Trayon Martin case, along with the case in Missouri involving the police officer, granting immunity to illegals and allowing them to be here in safe havens, no proper screenings at airport from nations who have the Ebola virus not contained, and just add to the list..and it’s not in the single digits. I realize people do not feel comfortable in being negative against any president though if any president who does not deserve our faith nor trust, it is Barrack H. Obama.
