Those poor folks in the Urgent Care, or the employees themselves, but I imagine once they saw the paper he filled out they called 911 immediately without examining him.
Why would he go to an Urgent Care and not to a hospital? Maybe they need to start broadcasting “If you have signs of Ebola...go to the hospital.”

ALL: Update at 2:49 p.m.: According to the license plates on the vehicle cordoned off in the CareNow parking lot, the vehicle is registered to a Dallas County Sheriff’s Deputy — a deputy who went into Thomas Eric Duncan’s apartment last week, according to a story that appeared on WFAA’s website earlier this week.
This man is a deputy sheriff, who initially went inside ebola patient’s apartment to serve notice.

You don't have to unknowingly and involuntarily expose yourself to AIDS (for the most part). And most (not all of course) of the people who get AIDS now are themselves essentially responsible for getting it.
However, IMO we should still involuntarily quarantine *anyone* with HIV who has deliberately exposed other partners to the disease. In the cases of these sickos that try to infect as many people as they can, they should be permanently removed from the equation.

AIDS is pretty much checked. It resides among Queers and druggies. That is, the virus discriminates and attacks the vulnerable..... queers and druggies
