Relatives of Ebola victim Thomas Eric Duncan who were put under observation by CDC after they visited him on the day he was taken to hospital are still waiting for an answer about what they should do 24 hours after they begged them for help.
Aaron Yah, 43, and wife Youngor Jallah, 35, yesterday told of their ordeal in isolation and revealed that they had not received direct orders to stay indoors.
Today MailOnline returned to the family's small apartment to find a family without answers, without power following violent electrical storms that brought down lines and running low on food, water and diapers for their youngest child.
Jallah, whose eyes appeared sticky and whose children were coughing, saw Ebola victim Thomas Eric Duncan on Sunday when he was taken to hospital

Gasoline on a fire. I wonder if the cleaning guys are regulated for bio-hazard clean up?
The pictures are somewhat, disconcerting. It’s either we are being played or being played. Not much choice there.
Yep. If the CDC cannot even monitor the family of the first victim try to imagine if you will a world where there are 1,000 cases of Ebola. They are useless and worse the CDC IMO is lying through its teeth about the Ebola is not airborne myth.
Even worse than that - it is 2-21 days.
That’s definitely at the top of my list and I don’t require an authenticating link or proof of any kind, it just stands to reason.
Common to it all was a big white arab horse clearing a path through it, with the path the horse made being clear of all the vile stuff.
They definitely have a long term plan. Meanwhile thanks to the RATs, we're getting weaker and weaker.
It's quite interesting when a bureaucrat has to actually face the world they may have had a hand in creating, isn't it?
And played? Who did the government call when those envelopes with the white powder showed up in their mailboxes? Not The Cleanup Dudes, right?
right
Indeed it is! A “teachable moment”. (but i have no doubt that the IRONY was lost)
This slow mo video of the Presidential Limo getting stuck in Ireland on a bump (several years ago), sums Barry’s Presidency and his Administration pretty well.

Don’t worry, Obola will fight this plague with the speed of NASA and the efficiency of the post office.
A link to this thread has been posted on the Ebola Surveillance Thread
I think this New York Time article is helpful in determining what “direct contact” means in regard to Ebola.
I truly hope you are right.
Evidence says this stuff is really nasty with a really high mortality rate from a really ugly and revolting death.
Thomas Duncan is on a ventilator.
Vents are used for many emergencies, diseases, accidents.
With the spread of the enterovirus, seasonal flu, and possibly Ebola, how will medical care keep up? If supplies for support (of a person until body is stronger) dwindle, who gets the care? The car accident victim that needs a vent? The entervirus victim? The COPD patient in hospice? I can’t see this ending well when the medical care is stretched to the limit.
CDC should have it’s own hazmat cleaning crew. That eliminates time wasted to hunt down some Billy Bubba Mop Up Service who doesn’t know what permits to get and what procedures to follow. None of this power washing the sidewalk in shorts and flip flops. They should also have their own trained security and not depend on the “victims” to stand by their pinky swears to not leave the quarantined area. That would also stop the steady stream of LEOs, reporters, politicians, etc. from parading in and out. They should also be the ones delivering food and supplies rather than letting Red Cross volunteers in stocking feet and no gloves hand the food to the people.
Excuse me, if Jallah doesn’t know to put dirty diapers in a hefty bag and to stay inside, then they and the rest of us are doomed. There’s no hope.
How does Joe Joe Jallah fit in this family tree and is he in self quarantine?
To think Youngor went out to buy a blanket after touching Duncan and handling his tea cup.
We knew Louise was a healthcare worker and now we hear Yoh is a nursing assistant. The Meadows Nursing home needs to be checked as well as wherever Louise works.
I’m assuming it was her kids who were taken out of their classrooms by CDC on Thursday. If they’re already showing symptoms on Friday, the day of this article, well................
The picture of Yongor looks like it was taken in an airport. Wonder what she was doing at the airport. Was it to pick up Duncan or was she also traveling to and from West Africa?
“Did you note the hazmat company used? The Cleaning Guys? Really? To them, hazardous waste is diesel fuel or splat from suicide cleanup. This is a totally different caliber of operation, IMO, and nothing some rinky-dink fire and water cleanup crew should be expected to deal with. If theyre not careful, they very well could spread it around, lets see if any of THEM or their families get sick.”
I thought I was the only one that notices, no others mentioned it.
Where is the Homeland Security rapid response team, or the CDC Containment team? Now it is just whoever you can find on YP.com?
Yes, I noticed the healthcare related jobs thoughout the families and friends back when Duncan was identified. And now there’s more. Scary. Very scary. I’d say it’s almost as if it had been planned but I’ve run out of tinfoil. Honestly, what’s going to be the next foot to fall?
