"Backronym"? They probably made up that word, too. You will probably not find it in too many dictionaries.
Cute acronyms that spell words used to name government agencies, particularly those pertaining to welfare or racial bean-counting, are created first with the words used to create it being filled in afterwards. SEEDS, ACORN, DREAM, etc.
So, whenever you encounter one of these cute acronym agencies, look very closely to see what’s actually behind it.
“Backronym” may be a neologism itself, but it’s an apt one.

Another example is the AMBER alert, they decided they wanted to name the thing after a girl name Amber that was killed, they made up the meaning “America’s Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response” to fit AMBER.
The PATRIOT act was another one.
Frankly, I think it’s stupid.
Obama has become a rebel with every cause. Now that he is being rejected by the majority of Americans, he is ganging up with the freak shows, and is showing his defiancy. His mental state is deteriorating and he is unstable. Expect anything.

Forget felony, this guy is waaaay past that. So far he’s up to 5 separate blatant acts of hardcore Treason. Arming the enemy, defending the enemy while they killed a US Ambassador, assisting the enemy in taking over another country, freeing 5 Taliban commanders for a traitor, encouraging and supporting invasion from another country. Now he’s going for #6 it seems: Attempting to import biological diseases.
Even if he didn’t, for the next 30 years, they’ll be turning over ever-larger chunks of their income to his posse. Will their women have to walk the streets?
