They should have escorted the man off the property when they fired him. Then locked everything down and let the police know that they had fired a hot head. This is really a shame.

The murder was done with a knife. He was stopped by 2 citizens with guns before the police arrived.
This also doesn’t fit mainstream media mythology.
I mean 1 person with a gun, first thinking “off-duty officer” and “former owner” were 2 different people.
The media is getting so ridiculous with this meme, alleging that it’s “unknown” if Islam had anything to do with it when a murderous Muslim kills yet another “infidel”, that I really think they’re doing it on purpose as much as to flip the rest of us off, as to try to cover for the primitive murderous “religion of peace”.

I am well familiar with the Churchill quote, but although I may have read the other ones (by the Byzantine emperor and by John Quincy Adams) - I had forgotten them. Thanks for the post. John Quincy knew the Koran.

The devil is busy lately!
That’s how we handled terminations where I worked. The employee would be taken to the Human Resources office and terminated with several managers and the plant manager present. He/she would then be escorted to the guard shack. Any personal belongings would be brought outside to him/her and at no time were they allowed back through the gates.
My wife fired this guy, terminated at HR office with building guards present. Guy started losing it, lashing out at the guards. SFPD called in, and police dragged him out. Standard procedure at my wife's company, to have guards escort the fired people out where personal belongings would be brought out to them. My wife was very nervous for the next year or so (guy sued her and the company, and he lost because my wife carefully documented everything and worked with HR before termination). He didn't bother her after losing the lawsuit.
I live twenty miles from where this happened. I believe that this is just the beginning. I have my concealed handgun license and am packing heat wherever I go. Stay safe fellow FReepers.
