During the United Nations Climate Action Summit at the U.N. headquarters in New York City on Tuesday, Leonardo DiCaprio -- who was recently named the “Messenger of Peace” for the international organization -- told those in attendance that it's “time to answer the greatest challenge of our existence on this planet. … You can make history or be vilified by it.”

“To be clear, this is not about just telling people to change their light bulbs or to buy a hybrid car,” DiCaprio said. “This disaster has grown beyond the choices that individuals make. This is now about our industries and governments around the world taking decisive, large-scale action.”

Like the “personal choice” to charter a 90-seat private 737 aircraft for 14 people to the World Cup?

Too bad that snot-nosed little cretin didn’t drown while shooting that sinking-into-oblivion scene in “Titanic.” The world would’ve been saved a huge amount of sanctimonious, hypocritical blathering.

It’s now beyond “personal choice” because he is now getting slammed for his personal choices.

In Ancient Rome, actors were on the same societal level as prostitutes, and below gladiators. They were all seen as forms of vulgar entertainment. You would not consult a prostitute on matters scientific. Somehow, our society has forgotten this lesson.

Roger that. Seems as if their psyche problems is they can’t tell where reality begins and acting ends.

Most in the last few years have been pretty bad anyway. Django, The Great Gatsby, and Wolf on Wall Street is all you need to know. I’ll give him a pass on Django for his acting though Any man who cuts himself and bleeds on the set and keeps on doing scene gets a few extra points. But the concept of that movie... nah

Django Unchained was an exploitation film. Higher budget, bigger distribution, but not much different than films like the Black Gestapo or other blacksploitation films.

Folks, it’s a solar-powered yacht. Or perhaps a wind-powered one. Get with the program. And when they finally paint it green, it will be a green eco-yacht.

As always I urge those who want to know the truth to read Michael Crichton's “State of Fear” and you will understand the scam. It's all about keeping a constant state of fear to justify whatever the politicians and elites want to do.

Climate Change is just one of those fears the other major fear is Terrorism. The chances of anyone being involved in a incident of terrorism is so remote you can't quantify it just as you can't with flying. The two biggest polluters are India and China yet it's the West that needs more stringent controls and nary a word about the others.

Also as had been pointed out it's a fact that the world millions of years ago had a warmer climate when the dinosaurs roamed the earth. The CO2 level was at least 15 Times what it is now. The question I have is what caused this and how did it dissipate to the level we have now?

We cannot control the climate and never will, there are just too many variables outside human control most especially Sun Spot Activity.

So Mr. De Caprio go back and do some more research.
