We should be able to sue the pants off of Mehico every time a drunken illegal alien invader kills an American family on our highways.

Yeah - him too and whoever drove him to work or the car company he bought his car from.

Why not sue Texaco for selling the gas that got him to the theater?

It will be thrown out. This law specifically mentions ammunition providers as protected.

Shall Ginsu be forced to perform a psych evaluation on anyone that wants to buy a set of kitchen knives?

Brady Bunch found some “parents” willing to desecrate their daughter’s memory for the promise of some quick bucks. Garbage all around.

"As gunowners, parents, and citizens of this country, we hope that our lawsuit will spare other families the tragedy that we have gone through after the death of our beautiful daughter," Sandy Phillips said in a statement.

But they said this lawsuit isn't about money.

You don't believe them? :-P

If it were true, they'd be seeking $1 plus costs.

Line forms over >there> for those waiting for that to happen.

(but take supplies cuz it'll be lonely   d:^)

I hope they sued the company that made his shoes and his underwear. Also, the company that made the vehicle he drove to the massacre and the company that made the fuel for that vehicle as well.

Also, the companies that made the ammo, made the cases, gunpowder and primers in the ammo, and the companies that smelted the metal in the cases and the chemicals in the primers and gunpower.
