I think some are missing the point about Joan Rivers. Especially if you watched her show she had only the most disgustng things to say about everyone.
She really became a female Don Rickles times ten.
WHen Jackie Mason married Jyll Rosenfeld in 1991, he made sure the pre-nup included a clause that if David Dinkins was re-elected mayor, that they would move 500+ miles from NYC. (Giuliani won the next election)

Had dinner with him and Mort Sahl when I worked on the Haig campaign. Both very sharp and funny. Also, Lando Calrissian.
Joan didn’t have to worry about the wookie showing up...wrong demographic doncha know...
She was wrong about Sarah. Just wrong. Sarah would make a better President or Vice President than anyone else thinking about running....of any party, of any sex.
She has the instincts, the patriotism, the wisdom, the drive and more that it takes to be a terrific president. I think Joan failed to see this because Sarah’s family situations were clouding her incredible potential.
Again, Joan was just wrong on this subject.

I actually didn’t watch her much. Loved Johnny Carson although he apparently off air was a mean drunk and loved Jay Leno - just think he is truly funny without being mean.
And that’s the thing -for me, being mean isn’t that funny - even if it makes me laugh.
Not a full tranny. He takes the hormones but hasn’t got amputated.
He still has a stick shift.
