A suspected drug dealer alleges that the Ferguson, Mo., policeman who killed Michael Brown used excessive force against him last year in an arrest that earned him commendation from the police department, the mans attorney told Yahoo News.
Officer Darren Wilson arrested Christopher Brooks on Feb. 28, 2013, after catching him and another man allegedly packaging marijuana to sell while sitting in a car in Brooks grandmothers driveway.
Yahoo News obtained the full police report from Brooks lawyer, Nick Zotos, after the Ferguson department refused to release an un-redacted version.
According to the report, the men exited the car but Brooks wouldnt give up his keys so the officer could search the locked PT Cruiser.
Brooks slapped my hand away, Wilson wrote. Brooks was consistently yelling for his cousin, who was now on the front porch, to help him and asking him to get me.
The officer took control of Brooks wrist and arm, but he was resisting all control and refused to follow all commands given, Wilson wrote. The officer called for backup because he said the situation was growing increasing hostile.(continued)

Of course, the drug dealers were not about to use “excessive force” against a police officer. Keep taking the side of the criminals, liberal media.
He yelled at me! and called me hurtful names
They’re doing their usual that everyone must accept their version as the truth (the criminal’s version, I mean), to continue to try to put the officer in the wrong. If the criminal is black, his words are to be accepted as gospel truth.
And we should believe this because criminals never, ever lie, right?
You must believe criminals. What reason to they have it lie? /sarc
Especially when the ghetto lotto is the closest thing in this world to a sure bet.
He told me my mother wears army boots.
A true Coloradan hero. Unfortunately he is in Missouri.
Also, it took them weeks to dig this up? Makes me think the cop is not a bad apple if this didn’t come out till now.
He was “not nice”.
They are not going to say that he was mean to dogs too. They know that St. Swisher Sweets of blunt, was a thug, just like St. Skittles.
The world is a better place without either of them in it.
He slapped my wrist!@#
>> And we should believe this because criminals never, ever lie, right?
Right.
Their lawyers never lie or exaggerate, either.
And there are no guilty men in prison. All wrongly convicted, just ask them, they will tell you.

Thanks 2ndDivisionVet.
Angela Jackson, who lives across the street from Brooks grandmother, said everyone in the neighborhood knows him as a good person.
