Wasn’t Sotloff gifted to IS by Al Nusrah? I see that the AP has been reporting that Austin Tice was held by Al Nusrah. I wonder if he was given as a gift to IS?
Our Government has maintained that Assad has Tice, but I never believed that. Maybe he was beheaded two years ago on the Video that showed the pre=beheading stuff, but not the actual beheadin.
