When we look back on what happened in Ferguson, Mo., during the summer of 2014, it will be easy to think of it as yet one more episode of black rage ignited by yet another police killing of an unarmed African American male. But that has it precisely backward. What we’ve actually seen is the latest outbreak of white rage. Sure, it is cloaked in the niceties of law and order, but it is rage nonetheless.
Protests and looting naturally capture attention. But the real rage smolders in meetings where officials redraw precincts to dilute African American voting strength or seek to slash the government payrolls that have long served as sources of black employment. It goes virtually unnoticed, however, because white rage doesn’t have to take to the streets and face rubber bullets to be heard. Instead, white rage carries an aura of respectability and has access to the courts, police, legislatures and governors, who cast its efforts as noble, though they are actually driven by the most ignoble motivations.
White rage recurs in American history. It exploded after the Civil War, erupted again to undermine the Supreme Court’s Brown v. Board of Education decision and took on its latest incarnation with Barack Obama’s ascent to the White House. For every action of African American advancement, there’s a reaction, a backlash.
The North’s victory in the Civil War did not bring peace. Instead, emancipation brought white resentment that the good ol’ days of black subjugation were over. Legislatures throughout the South scrambled to reinscribe white supremacy and restore the aura of legitimacy that the anti-slavery campaign had tarnished. Lawmakers in several states created the Black Codes, which effectively criminalized blackness, sanctioned forced labor and undermined every tenet of democracy....

Access to such positions is often highly competitive but a graduate with a degree in African American Studies does have a resume edge.

Well.. no it's not. That matches the wanton lies that benefit the race-grievance industries and the ideologues of the left.

If you could first know where you are and whither you are tending, you could better judge what to do and how to do it. You initiated a policy to tolerate the Marxist-Alinsky radicals and let them rant; not only has it not ceased but was constantly augmented by decades of infiltration and indoctrination. You now have two Americas. In my opinion, it will not cease until a crisis shall have been reached and passed. A house divided against itself cannot stand. I believe this government cannot endure, permanently, half statist and half free; I do not expect the house to fall; but I do expect it will cease to be divided. It will become all one thing, or all the other.
The question today is either the opponents of statism will arrest the further spread of it and place it on course of ultimate extinction, or its advocates will push it forward till it shall become permanent.
Have you no tendency to the latter condition?
Let anyone who doubts carefully contemplate that now almost complete legal combination — piece of machinery, so to speak — compounded of the Republican Party hands-across-the-aisle doctrine and the dreadful actions among statism's chief architects.

These race baiters will never tell the truth. Generation after generation of the black race has depended on the American welfare system, which has allowed too many to sit on their butts, get fat and pump out kids to raise their stipends. Damn right there’s white rage, among libs and conservatives alike, who don’t want to live in predominantly black neighborhoods or who want to send their kids to black schools. When the race baiters start cleaning up their own problems without picking taxpayers pockets maybe then the problems will be rectified.
Outbreaks of White Rage are called World Wars and the entire Earth shakes from one end to the other. The last thing this hairy beast wants to see is a White Rage Outburst.

We’re not enraged. We are just sick and tired of lawless thugs. Of all races.
The thinking of this author will do nothing but make matters worse for urban blacks. Her type of progress has been tried for decades.
We would all love to see urban blacks progress out of public housing, out of the gangsta’ world, out of rebelling against education and local authorities, into better lives, less ignorance, less poverty, and less public dole. Jobs would be a good start, but no one wants to invest in areas where the people go bat $#!t crazy when a violent thug gets killed for being violent.
But I digress. More money won’t solve the problem. The billions of dollars the DOJ is going to give to race agitators, and as rewards for irresponsibility won’t help, and everyone knows it, including this author. After all the destruction that has happened to black families and communities since agitators and the federal government stepped in to fix problems in the 60s, one thing is clear. There is no solution to the mess that has been made.
Black people are frustrated and looking to lash out, and blame someone. They can’t blame black people, because it won’t do any good, and there is no payoff. So blame white people, blame businesses, blame authorities, and sue them all for a little satisfaction. That’s the payoff.
We fought a civil war to help get blacks out of slavery and off the plantations. Things were far from perfect and fair, but black people were part of the solution, and they were working to make things better. After the civil rights movement was co-opted by the left, blacks began to move back onto another plantation, the Democrat plantation, and they are stuck on it.
White privilege isn’t about skin color. It’s about culture and a way of life, and anyone can get in on it, providing they are willing to work for it. It’s tough for anyone who doesn’t want to work for it, and one thing is certain. The best way into the privilege is to get off the Democrat plantation.
