All of my great grandfathers fought for the Union Army.
I'm beginning to wish they had stayed home and tended the corn.

“All of my great grandfathers fought for the Union Army.”
Mine were all starving in Ireland so why the heck should I pay reparations?

My great grandfather arrived from Wales in 1863. He fought in the Union Army and spent time as a POW until the war ended in 1865. That was the price demanded by his father-in-law to be from Aberystwyth. Reparations? ESAD.

I'm beginning to wish they had stayed home and tended the corn. Which puts your right along with the rest of us that wish we'd have picked our own damn cotton.
