The White House says Obama has changed his plans for Friday and will return to Washington late in the evening after fundraisers in Rhode Island and New York. He had planned to spend the night in New York. Presidential aides say the change in plans was not related to any current events and was the president's personal choice.
Obama will spend Saturday morning in Washington, then return to New York later in the day for the wedding of his personal chef Sam Kass and MSNBC host Alex Wagner.

I hope he finds one at the wedding because he didn’t find one on the fund raising trail, on his vacation, or on the golf course.
But he can’t attend the funeral of a fallen soldier.

Barry has never behaved as a true Commander in Chief. He wouldn’t make a special trip back to DC for that purpose. Recall the picture of the Situation Room after Bin Laden’s killing. He was brought back from the golf course, still in golf attire, AFTER the fact, for a photo op.
Few things would cause Barry to interrupt a vacation. A big political happening like an EO for amnesty, a big party with celebrities, a refill on his cocaine supply or a bath house rendezvous with Reggie Love are a few things that would.
That is true. I don’t have a clue, jut guesses.
