Ismail Haniyeh, a senior leader of Hamas and formerly its Prime Minister in Gaza, was taken to hospital on Wednesday evening, Channel 2 News reported.
There were no details as to what the reason for the hospitalization was, or what his condition is.
Senior members of Hamas, however, denied there was anything wrong with Haniyeh.
The officials said that reports of the leader’s hospitalization were nothing but “false rumors”. …

He would be safer in an Israeli hospital than anywhere else.
Nurse, give him 1000 units of regular insulin and 40 mEq of potassium chloride i.v. push.
Israel to my knowledge has not used bunker busters, don’t know if they have any big bombers to haul a 30 ton bomb.
Everyone has known that he has been hiding out in a hospital during the war, knowing he was safe; that the Israelis would never bomb him there.
So, more than likely he has just used this as an excuse to hide out there again, in safety.
(Note the irony that the UN and the rest of the world is accusing Israel of war crimes, when Israel has waged the most careful and civilian-friendly war in history...)
Let’s see if I was hospitalized, would I want a Jewish doctor or an Arab doctor? (OK I’m stereotyping, but on shows, I never heard of an Arab doctor).
