WASHINGTON (AP) — Global warming is here, human-caused and probably already dangerous — and it's increasingly likely that the heating trend could be irreversible, a draft of a new international science report says.
The United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change on Monday sent governments a final draft of its synthesis report, which combines three earlier, gigantic documents by the Nobel Prize-winning group. There is little in the report that wasn't in the other more-detailed versions, but the language is more stark and the report attempts to connect the different scientific disciplines studying problems caused by the burning of fossil fuels, such as coal, oil and gas.
The 127-page draft, obtained by The Associated Press, paints a harsh warning of what's causing global warming and what it will do to humans and the environment. It also describes what can be done about it.

Global warming is the fault of George bush and republicans, it causes women’s bottoms to be fat and creates racial discrimination.
It can only be solved by granting Hussein I dictatorial powers, exalted be his name!
As long as scientists keep on finding and researching these ‘terrible hazards’, the world’s governments will keep paying them the Big Bucks.

In the last 30 - 40 years we have heard one dire prediction after another from these clowns. By their own accounts the world as we know it should have been snuffed out several times over. So this prediction will have to do for now until it falls short and they have to come up with another more dire prediction which will have to do until it falls short and another more dire prediction ................
If it is irreversible why do we need to do anything? Do you really need your seat belt on when the plane is burrowing a hole?
After another Polar Vortex winter, we’ll all be praying for a little Global Warming.
I guess the morons at the UN didn’t get the memo....global warming ended in 1998.
But hey, let’s keep sending them money to fix the “problem” so these UN lefties can continue to live the high life.

Oh, it might not be to late, but it will take lots more cash to slow it down some and if you send them enough cash grants, perhaps they will manage to stop it in the far future, no point to kill the golden Goos that keeps on giving just yet.
If the science is settled, why do they keep revising their predictions?
Crisis! Quick! Give us control over everything!
Let’s take them at their word. It’s manmade and irreversible. The world will heat up and heat up until it reaches its next equilibrium.
What does the geo-historical record say? The earth was once much hotter and with more CO2 than today.
We’ll need more air conditioning and since global warming is inevitable no matter what, then let’s use all our coal up for electrical power first.
Carpe diem. Never mind coal. Start burning untreated garbage and human feces.
If Al Gore would have just slept through this one lecture in the science class he got a D in, none of this would be being discussed. Interestingly, the guy who taught the class up and died when he started cautioning that his theory might not be true.
For better or worse, I’m old enough to remember when the rage was global cooling being caused by soot blocking the suns heat.
My personal opinion is that it is social liberals procreating that is destroying the world.
