Welcome to the USSA, Comrades!

A 6-minute YouTube video by yours truly and Mark P. Ferri, about the loss of freedom in America.

Sounds a lot like what the EU is doing with Bertelsmann Arvato, and Articles 11 and 13....

“We were prescient”

If you decry censorship on private websites you invite government intervention.

FR squandered its influence in conservative circles through private censorship, which owners absolutely had the right to engage in.

Long before Twitter silenced conservatives, FR silenced Republicans who were not conservative enough. It was a mistake, in my opinion, to constantly apply an idealogical “purity test” of ideas to any serious dialog.

It will irreparably damage Twitter, Facebook, etc. On the left, same as it did on the right like it did with FR.

Government should encourage the environment of dialog, rather than monitoring things online that will ultimately be used by the left to stifle ideas and discussion on the right.

I agree

that is why I support the large on line presences to be changed to utilities with utilities responsibilities. They are not to deal with speech only with processes. Used as conduits.

Censorship can happen at the individual user level as they purchase apps to strain for porn, or adult content...etc.
