Think about it. If he hadn't met up with the cop and assaulted him, he would have been identified in the surveillance video as the perp in the store robbery and sent up the river for robbery and assault, end of story. So don't make him a hero! He made his choice and threw the dice that day.

If he was going to be such an exceptional young man maybe he should have been home studying for college.

He chose the wrong path.

My guess is that he could have turned out to be a good kid. He didn’t live with either his mother or his father so that brings up many unanswered questions.

I wonder if his family was taking him to a good church. Most kids I know that grow up in a good church environment don’t act like Michael did.

CBS had a interview with a Black mother of two adolescent children. She said that Brown was just doing what Black men do and one day her children will be out doing what Black men do. She is afraid that her two boys could meet the same fate while just doing what Black men do.

I just shook my head in disbelief. So wrong at so many different levels.

I heard one soundbite from the funeral today where Mr. Brown was compared to Treyvon Martin.

Very, very sad that Mr. Brown’s family chose to continue the narrative in the face of the facts/evidence.

We do know that for Treyvon, the facts are in. GZ acted in self defense as Martin tried to kill him.

Obviously, the Brown family has chosen the same route, before all the facts are in.
