On the Friday broadcast of The McLaughlin Group, columnist Pat Buchanan predicted that President Obama would grant amnesty to illegal immigrants via executive order by Labor Day and that such an action would set the country completely on fire.
After Washington Examiner Chief Congressional Correspondent Susan Ferrechio argued that Democrats could gain from Hispanic voters turning out, especially if the president decides to take key executive actions in this summer that would help Hispanics who are here in the country, perhaps living here illegally. That could boost popularity for the party, Buchanan responded executive amnesty will set the country completely on fire. I do agree, it might get out the Hispanic vote, but you will have red state Democrats denouncing the president for doing it, for engaging in unconstitutional action. It would be a tremendous firestorm which would really polarize the nation.

Obama ceases to be President at 12:00 noon on January 20, 2017.
What he claims to be after that time is still an unknown.

Yes, the American people don’t favor suicide for themselves but they surely do for others. Pretty soon “others” is a large majority.
John McLaughlin himself is now closer to the views of Clift than Buchanan; it once was the opposite.
The American people get nearly everything wrong and have for decades. They see federal power as a source of “goodness”.
Individuals here and there have “fight” in them, but not the American people as a whole.
It’s amazing that a Democrat state like WI has been tricked so often by Paul Ryan. Or maybe they know there that in his heart Ryan is Democrat.
Orrin Grant Hatch was the official sponsor, wasn’t he?
30 million would be closer, but the American people are too uninformed to know anything.
Both parts correct, but the last part is THE main reason. The RINOwinnies are just along for the pay checks.
We may be talking about other actions and not a blanket amnesty.

You may be thinking of Jack Germond.
Not so sure they have the Obamacare stone hanging from their neck plus the jobs issue and all the money they have wasted in the last six years the party is the poster child of stupidity even Obama voter have great remorse.
As long as you believe all that, then no, it is not possible. That is the precise mechanism of defeat and surrender, and you are well within the grasp of that black hole of a mindset.
Go to your oblivion if you must, but please don't beckon to other good patriots to cross that event horizon with you.

You’re thinking of Kondracke’s first wife:
In 1967, Kondracke married Millicent Martinez, a half Jewish, half Mexican liberal activist. They had two children, filmmaker Alexandra and Andrea, now a medical doctor. Kondracke battled alcoholism during the 1980s, and he credits Millicent for helping him end his addiction by 1987. In 1988, Millicent was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Her long battle with the disease led Kondracke to become an advocate for Parkinson’s research and for increased government spending on medical research. Millicent Kondracke grew increasingly incapacitated by the disease and died on July 22, 2004.
Kondracke detailed his family’s struggle with Parkinson’s in a 2001 book called Saving Milly: Love, Politics, and Parkinson’s Disease (ISBN 0-345-45197-X). The book was the basis of a CBS television movie called Saving Milly, starring Madeleine Stowe and Bruce Greenwood, which aired March 13, 2005.
On May 6, 2006, Kondracke married Marguerite Sallee, CEO of America’s Promise.[7] He is a trustee of Dartmouth College, a board member of the Parkinson’s Action Network and a member of the Founders Council of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
Oh really? The freedom Adams, Madison, Hamilton, Jay and several thousands of colonial soldiers and militia members fought for never existed before their lives, either. It existed only in the writings of Montesquieu, Hobbes, Locke, Plato, etc. So how did they achieve a Free Republic when it had never exited? Answer: they just did it. They didn't make excuses.
Yes, we Dawg Soldiers are quite aware that you're far from alone. We have our work cut out for us.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
Good for hotels using chambermaids? Who will have a job or money enough to stay at a hotel?
Once Bath House Barry declares amnesty, we will be overrun even more than we are now. It will be open season on our sovereignty. We will basically cease to be a nation any longer.
Then the UN and other groups can push us into some new, quasi-state called the North American Union or other such nonsense.
People also don't realize that this is the end of our Constitution, the end of our rights, the end our laws. First and Second Amendment? Sorry, the UN lawyers and bureaucrats didn't agree to those.
I am not joking.
The 3 stars is supposed to be the US, Mexico, and Canada.
