More likely is that McDonald’s wouldn’t pay Chicago style payola to them. This is an inspection violation, after all. And it just happens to affect all the stores of the entire franchise in one fell swoop. Sure.

Never have heard of any Russkie Huts or other franchises there.

Shutting down 4 of 430 restaurants hardly looks like a move by Pupin’. It may be a symbolic move, or there may be some code violations. Who knows?
