There were previous reports that most of the arrests came from outside Ferguson. But it turns out most of the arrests were still from the greater St. Louis metropolitan area.

The lie is that the people in Ferguson are good, hence only outsiders are getting arrested. It is crock. Does it relly matter if the arrested are from this or that town in the County? It is stupid whitewashing.
i think it does matter. If they are from outside the area, then we have a professional troublemaker problem. If they are from that area, then we have an amateur troublemaker problem.
But an amateur troublemaker problem means that you have a disgruntled population and the it’s reasonable to look at why they are disgruntled.
