Dr. Baden didn't have access to important info: xrays, clothes, toxicology, witnesses. Lots of variables to know what happened. #Ferguson

Looks like the deniers are out already because the latest autopsy bursts the narrative that Michael Brown was shot in the back while on his knees with his hands raised and that the officer's version was right.
Discrediting of Michael Baden in three..two...one...
Anything to keep it going that an innocent black child carrying candy home from the store was shot in the back by a racist, lunatic cop.

I hear the family hired Sherlock Holmes to investigate the crime, and Arnie Becker as an attorney.
And the parents had also left granny to be the parents.
The mother and father failed to raise their son properly. Otherwise, he may not have robbed a store and ended up dead.
Just to give you an idea of Michael Baden, the OJ defense team hired him for $100,000 and gee whiz wouldn’t you know it, Baden came to the conclusion OJ didn’t do it.
“Mr. Brown, 18, was also shot four times in the right arm, he said, adding that all the bullets were fired into his front.”
Wouldn’t the entry and angle of the bullets into the arm clarify whether he had his hands over his head or not? If his hands were over his head and his arm got hit, wouldn’t this indicate that the officer was trying to shoot over his head, i.e. warning shots if he was moving closer to the officer?
I see, Doctor.
A police officer should only be allowed, say, three rounds rather than six, then?
So if an attacker manages to dodge the first three rounds, or only gets winged, the officer should just drop his weapon and wait for the attack?
The analysis in this case is even stupider than the analysis of the death of poor little Eric Garner.
It means few details are known from this private autopsy.
True. Now promoted to gig as NYT correspondent.
They have yet to release the images of what happened to the officer that fired the shots. If he had his bell rung and/or had blood in his eyes he may have unloaded on the man. Yea, I said man, this was an adult.
Anyone who has never been in a life or death situation cannot fully grasp what happens in the blur of time when all the juice in you is pumping. Most people have never experienced that. Even the most trained people succum to the fear. I’m not talking primal fear.
Clothes will show if there is any powder residue...indicating that the person was very close to the shooter.
Clothes are part of the investigation of course, but not part of an autopsy. An autopsy examines the body.
Baden was quite verbal about Michael Jackson. I don’t think he did the autopsy. Sounds like Baden is “Autopsy to the Stars”.
True, but that won’t stop Crump and Company from reshaping his narrative.

EXCERPTS
In Trayvons case, (Parks & Crump) alerted the news media more quickly. They phoned the Rev. Al Sharpton almost instantly, and organized marches with local civil rights activists. They also started pressing for federal involvement and alleging a cover-up from the get-go.
(snip)
In court, you have the jury, Crump says. Our job is to get the case to a jury. We need to fight first in the court of public opinion. The jury is the American people.
Nuff said
If he had his hands in the air, the bullet trajectory would have been at right angles to the arm, and there would be exit wounds on the back of his arm. Those wounds don't line up at all with the narrative that he was executed while standing still with his arms in the air, trying to surrender.
Sounds like the officer was at least trying to “shoot to wound”....
For Baden to say there were too many shots shows that he has been totally corrupted. He's more interested in his TV appearances and fess than he is about his professionalism.
I know exactly who Michael Baden is. I am neither a fan or a detractor. He has been doing autopsies for years. I think OJ did it,,but if there is no evidence in front of the M.E. in regards to the body, then it isn’t there. In the OJ case, he contradicted testimony by another ME, Dr. Werner Spitz. Each had their own version of what could have happened...btw Dr Spitz is also a celebrity forensic pathologist. So who knows? These people don’t build reputations in the medical community based on being stupid or incorrect. There is quite possibly some truth to what they do and I’d guess they are closer to correct more often than they are incorrect.
