The eye witness talking on this video describes the exact same scenario.
The value in this is specifically because it is unguarded, and unprompted, testimony from an eyewitness that contradicts several others who spoke later but may have an agenda or pressure from the community.

Additionally, this eye witness account clarifies other issues and disputes the “shot in back narrative”. The police vehicle was positioned “screen view left” – Mike Brown’s body is positioned head toward police vehicle. This would also corroborate both the Officer (as told to his friend) and this witness account of what transpired.

The “witneses” tell the same exact story. They have been coached. What a fiasco.

In a world where someone can say that a man has been “smeared” by the release of a video depicting a robbery no one disputes that he committed, things will get much worse before they get better.
Expect Rev. Al and his ilk to claim it’s a doctored YouTube video to go along with the “photoshopped” convenience store surveillance tape.
Any idea what the cop was shooting ? A 40 or 45 to the body should work ok. I think a 9mm would need time for blood loss to do the job.

Yes, that was the impression he had, but know unless a person is hit in a vulnerable/immediately essential area, that person can still function. . .people in combat continue fighting after being shot/hit, for example.
Last shot, the forehead, stopped the thug immediately (though one can argue that part of his body was non-essential).

If someone is charging you at close range, I suggest taking hits anywhere you can get them. If you can get one to the head, that is a bonus!
