Did I hear correctly the witness saying the officer shot at him several times but didn’t hit him? I wonder how many shots actually hit Big Mike’s body?

A big guy like that is going to take some time to stop with body shots. The head shot probably dropped him though.

Yes, that was the impression he had, but know unless a person is hit in a vulnerable/immediately essential area, that person can still function. . .people in combat continue fighting after being shot/hit, for example.

Last shot, the forehead, stopped the thug immediately (though one can argue that part of his body was non-essential).

The witness said it appeared the officer missed. The police account is that he was hit with the first shot and still kept coming.
