In fact fast and furious did involve the authorities deliberately letting go back to Mexico a very major buyer and re-militarizer of DEWAT hand-grenades.
They have them cuz Barry WANTED them to have them.
Most of the rest they got from Guatemala and Venezuela, if memory serves.
