There’s no better investment in free speech and liberty than a Steyn online gift certificate. (Other than perhaps funding Free Republic). I’ve purchased a bunch of ‘em and will soon get more. This guy is fighting our battles for us.
Steyn ping.
I just got a Viva Steyn tshirt. Love this guy.
That’s a great brief, no doubt heavily edited by Steyn himself, full of his tell-tale wit and caustic humor. It will be interesting to see how the Court of Appeal takes it. My guess is they will laugh, but they will not be in a position to act any more swiftly on the appeal than on any other appeal. If the statute doesn’t have time provisions in it, there is nothing they can do. They can’t legislate time deadlines from the bench, and they can’t give his case priority over others that are in front of them. His point is valid, but it needs to be taken up with the legislature.
Mark Steyn ping.
Freepmail me, if you want on or off the Mark Steyn ping list.
Thanks for the ping Slings and Arrows.
I bought two Steyn gift certificates. I think everyone who can afford to, should. He’s the one who’s out there on the front lines against the despicable Michael Mann and his whole crew of academic-government complex thugs.
