Homeland Insecurity: The FBI arrest of a North Carolina jihadist brings to five the number of ISIS-tied Muslim Americans captured. It's time the president took the terror group's anti-U.S. rants more seriously.
The influence that this vicious successor to al-Qaida in Iraq is exerting inside our own borders is clearly growing. Obama must do more to take out its leaders abroad while increasing scrutiny inside our Muslim community to ferret out recruits.
Last week, the FBI arrested Donald Ray Morgan on AK-47 and other weapons charges as the North Carolina native tried to re-enter the U.S. from Lebanon, where agents believe that he planned to slip into Syria or Iraq and join the Islamic State.
Morgan, a 44-year-old bodybuilder turned jihadist, has distributed videos of Islamic State beheadings and mass executions — including one of the terrorists playing soccer with severed heads — while vowing to "join the ranks with the most beautiful brothers on Earth."
He swore allegiance to the group's kingpin, Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, and offered to "sacrifice" himself in jihad.
"Allah," he said on a website, "give me martyrdom wherever I may be."
Morgan, aka Abu Omar al Amreeki, also posted a photo of Moner Mohammad Abu-Salha, another American jihadist who slipped into Syria to join Islamic State and wage jihad.
Abu-Salha, a 22-year-old Floridian, managed to return home for a time without U.S. authorities noticing, before returning to Syria and carrying out a massive suicide truck bombing. From the grave, he's recruiting other Americans to join the jihad in a widely distributed martyrdom video.
"You are not safe," he warned his fellow Americans. "I have one word to say: We are coming for you."

Will injustices in America ever go away completely? No. We live in an imperfect world. Therefore, will the situation ever arise by which Muslims in the United States will cry out for B. Hussein to lean in their favor. Of course. And will he?

The Fox must do more to protect the Henhouse against foreign predators and to address domestic predators.

It would be good to know if Donald Morgan is a Black Muslim or Bowe Bergdahl wanna be? The boy from Florida was born into Islam I’d guess. Just how many of each of these three types have we got?

We’ve been dealing with Islamic resentment and hatred for America, on our own soil, for a long time. There were plenty of visiting students protesting America, while in America, during the hostage crisis in Iran, decades ago. It’s not going to get better for a long while. We have not only the right, but the duty to defend our way of life.
