I sure hope he done some good things to be judged upon in the Book of life.

I believe the following words:

John 3:16-18

16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

So my question is: Did Williams 'believe'?

I would suspect he did an analysis and the negatives outweighed the positives. He believed his whole life had been for naught. He believed that his foolishness was not an act, but his being.

He believed he was basically worthless and killed himself

How about leaving that for our Father to judge? He may have at his last breath. WE just don't know this about this malefactor. And besides, it is still possible that he never heard the truth of God's word which would mean that he would have a shot at eternal life in the Millennium age. One thing for sure about this, his vulgarness will not survive.
