The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) plans to spend up to $450,000 in taxpayer dollars to teach Native American tribes in the Great Basin region ”climate adaptation plans” for their hunting, fishing and gathering activities.
“Due to climate change, the natural landscapes are becoming impacted,” and the “traditional practices for hunting, fishing, and gathering for ceremonial purposes” can potentially create further impacts,” according to BLM’s Cooperative Agreement announcement.

So what exactly is the defintion of “climate change”? The next ice age will arrive before we get an answer to that.
Nothing gets the environmentalists’ ire up like Native Americans wanting to live well. This money will be used to try to get those on the reservations to give up things like dishwashers and central a/c and plant little bitty gardens to eat corn out of.
Can our taxpayers be tapped for cash to support their religious “ceremonies”?

Where is the Freedom From Religion organization who just got the IRS to look into churches politicking (even though it does not affect FFR, how do they even have legal standing, how are they HARMED)?

No such thing as Native Americans. They are Chinese who got lost.
That wouldn’t even be $1 per year, per Injun.
Why didn’t owebama just insult them with an offer of beads and trinkets?
Eco-weenies are okay with native Americans being permitted to kill several bald eagles a year for ceremonial purposes.
Any other group would have the ASPCA and wildlife groups up in arms for killing animals in sacrifice, let alone endangered species.
Come for the food, stay for the climate.
A lot of Native Americans are doing very well with their newest method of scalping whitey via their casinos.
They are taking those scalps and converting them to fast cash loans and lately into mortgages.
Hopefully, they will continue to be successful and eventually scalp the mob’s casino bosses in Nevada and get Harry Reid fired for helping to ruin our economy and leaving less money to gamble.
Maybe, the “Native Americans” at the casino in Petoskey,Mi. can turn down the thermostat on the HVAC system at their
Cash-Cow to combat Glo-Bull Warming for their cash-strapped
customers with the money they receive from Obamao.
There is no “Change” to adapt to!
This is simple vote buying.
Having hedged their bets with the word “climate change”, since global cooling, nope, global warming, nope, didn’t work; these charlatans are now all about sucking dollars from taxpayers to lessen the “impact” or “climate change”. Defining neither “change” or “impact”; the only thing we can be certain of is at the end of the study, the money will be gone.
This is just a way to give money to the econazi so they can go and annoy the natives.
Amazing how they can use BS excuses like this just so people can rip off taxpayers. Hey, tax money is infinite money! Just like an infinite ATM! Take out all you like, it will never run out! Oh but that $17 trillion dollar deficit? Oh just ignore that, move it along nothing to see here!
