It’s Beautiful.

Sergei Rachmaninoff did a magnificent setting of “The Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom” over 2 hours long, all acapella. At the time, it was considered too “Non Traditional” to be used in Church. But I guess it is used now, except the Music during the Consecration is NOT on the CD, as it is considered sacred.

I really love that music, and play it a lot on my bedside table as i drift off to sleep.
