Is your back behaving? My knees are not. I saved my moving around/shopping errands for Sunday.

I hired the young man who does my vacuuming to go grocery shopping ...so my back is doing well...LOL Point agony hasn’t been yelling at me this week and I’m not messing with success.
I am sorry your knees are not behaving well. Take care!
It’s triple digit hot here. I’ll enjoy Sunday in the house and A/C comfort.

Thank you for the blessing for my Mom and me. After a couple not so good weeks, and a really bad week, this past week has gone much better. I’m working almost every night with her on the question or issue of the email day. And earlier tonight I spent a couple hours with her and her list and she never got down.

I try to stay ahead of grocery shopping by doing it after work. Fred Meyers/Krogers is on the opposite side of my office building...can’t get much more convenient. d:o) Other stuff waits for the weekend.
