CHICAGO (CBS) — Looking over the description of Kelvyn Park, it seems to have the typical amenities that you would find from a Chicago Park District facility.
It has a field house, with a fitness center, auditorium, meeting rooms … and even a small kitchen.
Set out on its 8.5 acres in the 4400 block of Wrightwood in the Hermosa neighborhood, the park also has a couple of tennis courts, walking paths … baseball and soccer fields.
What the park doesn’t have, at least according to the view of the person who scrawled on this park sign at the tennis courts, is white people to play in the park.
White people so that the city will take care of the park.

There were an endless number of little parks with swings and slides found all around the area.

I posted a thread on this yesterday.
White people move into these areas and it’s ‘gentrification’ - which black mayors had a meeting on stopping.
When these parks are cleaned up they immediately are trashed by the locals.
Ha. Wait till we all stop pulling your plow chump.
Or elect some folks who don't feed you sh!t and then treat you like sh!t once they have your vote.
Before too long there will be a sign over America that says the same thing.
In the little town I live in (Pop 15,000) there is a small neighborhood park in every neighborhood. Some are small, a little grass with playground equipment and benches. Some are large enough for soccer and some with basketball courts. The city maintains them. No graffiti and no trash.
The city even has a skateboard park (right behind the police station) as well as a large sports park for soccer and baseball.
If our small city can provide and maintain parks, why can’t Chicago?
Helplessness is a genetic trait bred into the Entitlement Army over several generations.
The “war on poverty” is a total success (by Democrat standards).
Isn’t it racist for whites to say that blacks and Hispanics trash parks are in their neighborhoods? Wouldn’t it be racist if whites said that more whites were needed to clean up a neighborhood and its parks???

Just got back from a 5 day trip to Chicago. I was there last in 2012...huge difference now. The city is much cleaner, the subways much cleaner, less bums around and a heavy police presence in tourist areas.
Only downside is prices have gone up up up in the restaurants and hotels.
Generations of the Welfare State and transfer payments have turned a huge chunk of the population into passive children who wait for the government to do everything for them. The idea of fixing up the park themselves never occurred to them.
Wanted: People other than whites to PAY FOR THEIR STUFF.
Worthless sponges need to learn how to pay for something themselves. You’d think after hundreds of years of trying to teach them they could figure something out.
That was the plan, as voiced by LBJ, something to the effect that it was keep them, the Dems, in power.
Until the fake money used to pay entitlements is puked up by the markets, the plan is golden.
Growing up, my neighborhood park was part of the local school grounds. It had just a picnic table, swings, a slide and a maypole. The school ground was open except for maybe a 500 foot fence where a brook was located. The picnic table was for arts and crafts projects the town’s park and recreation department had in the summer time.
you want nice parks? TAKE CARE OF YOUR HOUSES!
the value of the houses/neighborhood will then go up, and the city will receive more property tax money to spend on things like upkeep on the park!
This has nothing to do with race, and has everything to do with the bad habit many groups have of letting their homes fall into disrepair.
I think we all know the answer to that question...
If our small city can provide and maintain parks, why can’t Chicago?
