Never seen the country more divided and it seems to me that the ones spewing more and more hate are the libs/progs/socialists/commies/dimokkkrats. More attacking and villifying than I can remember. Their idea of cooperation is doing it their way only with no questions asked. Now that's compromise they can believe in.

So, what is it that has us divided?

Could it be that half of us are living off the other half?

“Never seen the country more divided”

That’s what happens when you have absolutely no leadership.

"According to the poll, 66% of consistently conservative Republicans think the Democrats’ policies threaten the nation’s well-being..."

Only 66% of "consistently conservative 'republicans'" think this?! THAT is why we are too far gone. There is no longer an official opposition Party to America's sworn Enemy.

Reagan’s two landslides seemed like a dead cat bounce when you consider that we elected two GOP presidents who grew the government, had a highly corrupt 2 term Clinton presidency and a 2 term ultra marxist president, Barrack Hussein Obama. I’d say this is a very bad trajectory.

The “Death to America” crowd finally got their candidate into the White House — and they are maneuvering in to deliver a fatal blow to the Republic.

The federal gov’t is aswarm with Wesley Mouches and worse. We are almost wholely changed from a nation of liberty - do what you want unless it is explicitly prohibited - to a nation of feudalism - do nothing without explicit permission. The (once) sovereign states are now shackled to a behemoth federal corspe that is sinking beneath the waves of history. The time has come for the states to seriously consider whether, indeed, the Constitution is a suicide pact. Shall we all be drowned just because the North won the Civil War?

It may not be possible, we may have passed the point of no return. That being said we should never, never, never, ever give up. It would be wrong to do so......

Ending the hordes from Central America infecting (literally and figurately) most communities in the US is an issue that a majority of US citizens agree on. It's the Chamber of Commerce that's the problem....too many DC pols get their marching orders and payoffs from them.

I'd wager that if the HOR passed a bill funding transportation to send invaders home and a 10-mile militarized by US troops DMZ...the northernmost 10 miles of Mexico....it would be overwhelmingly popular.

The demographic trend (both citizens and illegals) is not our friend.

In a recent WSJ op-ed, Plouffy even bragged how Hispanics are going to turn Arizona, Georgia, and eventually Texas blue and lock in a Democrat/progressive regime for the forseeable future.

I’ve never seen so much anger from the Democrats. I take that as a good sign. I think that shows that they are feeling confused. They are questioning their own view of the world. It may be subconsciously, but they are questioning.
This is a tremendous opportunity for the Republicans. They should run some ads that explain what conservatism is. “We believe in these things....”

Coming from the Alabama, “Cradle of the Confederacy”, I’ve often wondered about the people who voted for secession, and whether we should have another go at it.

I’ve changed my mind.

We need to kick out the leftist states and their leftist people from the United States.

Maryland, including Wash DC and Northern Virginia suburbs, up through to New England could become New Europe. California, the Portland/Salem Oregon area and Western Washington state could become Leftopia. Let Hawaii become a separate kingdom again. Chicago could join Canada. Eastern Canada could then join the New Europe Socialist Republic. Western Canada would join the United States. Vancouver could join Leftopia.

Parts of what is now “America” could survive with a split from the blue states. But as a 50-state entity, this country is indeed too far gone.
