Hey, that’s what we need to start doing around here.
His defense ought to be that he was just hookin up, it is afterall a part of the gay lifestyle.
LOL, See my post just after yours for an alternate defense.
A half way competent reporter would have asked those questions.
Sometimes the jokes write themselves.
The man made a lifestyle decision —big deal.
They should show more tolerance of towing.
LOL!
Journalists have mostly been replaced by PC hacks.
“Combs faces 29 counts of grand theft auto.”
He is a victim of the PC Pro Homo Police State.
He was simply doing his job!
I would imagine a “gay fest” would attract quite a number of tow suckers.
I’ll bet if the guy had refused to tow their cars they’d all be pissin’ and moanin’ in one of our “courts” that he wouldn’t tow their cars because they are “openly gay” homosexuals. You can’t win for losing when dealing with these freaks.
Another article:
“Deputies allege he towed more than 100 vehicles June 5 to 9 from a parking lot at Westwood Town Center off International Drive, which is across the street from the event’s host hotel, Doubletree by Hilton. Combs didn’t have an up-to-date contract to tow vehicles or have proper signage notifying motorists the lot was a tow-away zone, deputies said.”
The important point is this guy annoyed gay people. That is a crime that can’t be tolerated.
Was he dressed in drag?
LOL!
A drag race is to see who can dress that way the fastest.

If that is true and I was on the jury I would have no problem with finding him guilty. Just because he has a tow truck doesn't give him the right to go vigilante and tow anyone he sees parking illegally and charge people to get them back. Around here, parking lots with towing contracts are pretty clearly marked. Fortunately I've never had a car towed even when I parked in one of them.
Some times the owners of the lots will even cover the signs and allow parking in the non-business hours for a major event to be friendly to attendees.
