This is a strange story. You stay at a luxury hotel but don’t eat in the restaurant, or call room service. Instead you will cook your food in a pressure cooker???

And now these dudes are offended to have been questioned. So they are going home early. Were supposed to feel sorry for them???

That was my first thought too, but then I read the article again, and it said they planned on using the cookers when they got back home to Idaho. But even that stinks since they could have just as easily bought them when they got to Idaho. I've no doubt that they had plans to cook something while in NY City, but it wasn't anything to eat.

That part I get. NYC food is expensive and room service is even more so. Getting a plain meal such as chicken, rice and veggies without weird sauces and seasonings can be difficult.

If they're going to be arrested for possession of pressure cookers, it should be a stated policy. Otherwise, what's next? No steak knives? etc
