Oops, “Smart Dressed Man”...someone already posted it.
Sorry I never got back to the thread. The weeds in the garden got the best of me.
Back in the day 1950’s, my brother had the 45 rpm record, when he was away I would go into his room and play the record.
I think I must have worn it out.
I was out on the front enjoying the evening sunshine. You will not believe what happened, a House Finch flew up to the back of my walker and sat on my shirt. Just sat there for a minute or so, she then flew down on the porch floor and sat there looking at me.
Must be something to do with the feather thing. LOL
Honest to Pete, I was confusing Leonard Cohen with Leon Redbone as the artist who sang “Dance Me To the End of Love.”
Although, I guess they both did.
“The Robe” - good soundtrack by the great Alfred Newman - “The Prelude”’s okay but not as stirring as sections like “The Rescue of Demetrius” and “The Better Kingdom”, but they don’t have clothing in their titles so I couldn’t mention them....
Our “rules” are very relaxed to non-existent. d:o)
But if you are really trying to stick to the “theme”, the theme title can be anywhere in the song...ie, title and/or lyrics.
Just have fun.
