[history]
Fast food fans, we've got some bad news. Wholesale prices on a bunch of your favorite food products have seen sharp increases this year. Among those, beef and avocados are through the roof, hitting burrito-makers doubly hard.
Because of huge price increases for beef and avocados, Chipotle is raising menu prices for the first time in three years. It's a reality that a lot of restaurants are facing due to rising food prices.

Buy a bunch of it when it's BOGO at your local supermarket. Better than Dunkin coffee IMO:

Can’t say I’ve ever set foot in those places but have cried over the price of a simple tube of 70% ground beef at the grocery store.

...and gasoline is around $4/gallon around here (Portland, OR).
And also, I buy cucumbers and I would think this is when they should be in abundant supply and low priced but that ain’t happening.

Prices at the anti-gun Chipotle restaurant won’t be going up for me.

I guess that means the big 40 ounce bag of Dunkin’ coffee we buy at Sam’s Club is going up.
So be it. I need my Dunkin.’

This is inflation that will matter. It will affect those who eat at places such as Chipolte, Starbucks and Panera every day.

LOL. Yes, inflation stats were first manipulated by LBJ to improve the GDP numbers. They were again “massaged” during the Clinton Administration, and again I believe by Bush.
People will naturally stop eating avocados and start chewing on their iphones.
