If this is correct, the repercussions will be staggering. Couldn’t happen to a nicer law. Maybe there is such a thing as karma after all.
It is a known fact that every time Obama gets good news re: Obamacare he very conspicuously knocks on wood. Wonder what his reaction to this ruling will be? Knock on BO, the dog? Take his 11 Wood out of his golf bag & knock a hole in the Oval Office?
This alone is why I think the judicial system will not allow this most recent decision to stand. Unfortunately but we're in a post-constitutional era.
