Barack Obama is trying his best to stand in between Israel and the destruction of one of the worlds most dangerous terrorist organizations.
The president has made it clear since the conflict in Gaza began heating up a few weeks ago, that his support of Israel begins and ends at the podium, as his actions outside of his famously scripted and egocentric speeches demonstrates a hidden hostility toward the Israelis.
President Obama warned Israeli leaders to use restraint in dealing with terrorists who were bombing their country, doing untold amounts of damage and putting peoples lives in danger.
After a peace agreement was rejected by Hamas, Israel decided it was time to move in ground forces to take out underground tunnel networks being used to conceal rockets and other weapons, despite Obama warning them not to do it.
Now the president is asking the Israeli government to take things down a few notches and keep fighting so hard.
via Daily Caller:
President Barack Obama stepped up his efforts Sunday to limit Israels gradual destruction of Hamas tunnel network in the Shejaiya neighborhood of Gaza, which now conceals many of the rockets and jihadi units that attack Israelis.
In a morning call to Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Obama reaffirmed Israels right to defend itself [but] also raised serious concern about the growing number of casualties, including increasing Palestinian civilian deaths in Gaza and the loss of Israeli soldiers, said a 2.00 p.m. statement from the White House.
Israels government did not officially respond to Obamas statement, which came after Israel ground units moved into Gaza to find the tunnels. The Gaza area is controlled by Hamas green-waving jihadis, whose mission is to destroy Israel because it is not controlled by Muslims.
The warring parties should comply with the 2012 ceasefire signed by Hamas, Israel and Egypts government, said the White House statement.
Secretary of State John Kerry will soon travel to Cairo to seek an immediate cessation of hostilities based on a return to the November 2012 ceasefire agreement, the statement said.
Something that President Obama just doesnt seem to understand about dealing with bullies like Hamas is that they dont care about peace. These individuals are terrorists bent on the complete destruction of an entire race of people, along with dominating the world and ruling it under the flag of Islam.
Terrorists dont do negotiations. They only understand power and force, meaning that Israels actions are an appropriate response to these vicious radicals. America should be doing as much as possible to support Israel and give them the breathing room they need to take out Hamas. In all honesty, they would be doing the world a favor.
Please share this article on Facebook and Twitter if you support Israel and their ground operations to eradicate Hamas and protect their country.
The only true western leader at the moment and it is not saying much.
Why didn’t obama have “serious concerns” over the first thousand missiles Hamas fired at Israel? Newt
...”Obama stepped up his efforts .. to limit Israels gradual destruction of Hamas tunnel network in the Shejaiya neighborhood of Gaza”....”
Well let’s have a look at a group of these Hamas creeps slithering out of their hole in the ground into Israel...

Read an interview today with an Israeli soldier who had come back from the front...He said Hamas is fighting like Hezbollah....that’s a heck of a statement!
Obama couldn’t tell what is constraint if he tried....he certainly isn’t showing restraint in his agenda for our nations destruction! It’s full steam ahead...with or without the Constitution...or Congress.
Israels had thousands of rockets bounding their country for years....I don’t blame Israel one bit for finally pounding back at these killers...because they only want and know death. Once Israel has the advantage then the ol’ Muslim Brotherhood tactic of parading bodies and whining woman is broadcast across the airwaves. it’s “ammunition” the Muslim Brotherhood uses so they can reload.
Both Hezbollah and Hamas are backed by Iran. But Hamas fell out of favor with Iran when Hamas didn’t want to back Iran inside Syria ... and Hamas left there. Now Hamas has as their main patrons Turkey and Qatar, but Iran is still there in a lesser way and their weapons are evident with Hamas, too.
That’s why you find Hamas in Turkey now and not in Syria.
It pays to know the players, as there is a MAJOR SPLIT in the Muslim world right now, and Israel is siding with the Egyptian side.
Obama, by the way, sided AGAINST EGYPT when Obama backed the Muslim Brotherhood in taking over Egypt. The Egyptian generals KICKED OUT the Muslim Brotherhood President and installed one of their own military people as President in Egypt now. The former Muslim Brotherhood President is now in jail awaiting trial.
So, Egypt is not inclined to listen to Obama and they are not favorable to Hamas, because Hamas backed the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.
Obama’s “Muslim Brotherhood policy” in Egypt went all to hell in a handbasket, and Egypt is not likely to listen to Kerry ... LOL ...
Star your forgetting I along with others here o FR covered the entire Egyptian Revolution LOLOL...
Yes it’s good to know the varying sects and branches of terrorists...however when push comes to shove they will unite together against a common enemy.
What I see is we have Shites and Sunnies in Iraq battling AGAIN....(when they can’t fight an enemy they will always fight each other)...and the Caliphat thing going on where Saudi and Iran are in opposition for the title of the head dog of the Caliphat.......both sending terrorists from where they can get them to any battlefield where it’s in their interests to do so.
These terrorists are often floaters from one nation to another...that’s what they do...that’s their job. The really have no allegiance unless their on the winning side from one minute to the next. History has shown they can and do switch in a heartbeat, often times not really knowing who they are fighting against if the battle is hot and heavy.
But I think you might mean the Leaders of these groups , on the ground....who do often fight among each other when in close proximity. Still with this Caliphat thing springing back up again and the push for it I think we’ll see more of a division between the Shites and Sunni’s fighting these recent conflicts.
That is where I go when I want to feel safe and happy. :)
It’s for those who don’t know ... :-) ... and it is more in relation to Israel and Hamas and understanding that particular situation and why Egypt and Israel are working together (which may seem odd to some people) and why Egypt is not inclined to listen to Obama any more than they are inclined to listen to Hamas or the Muslim Brotherhood.
Again, this is for those who may not know and have not kept up.
BTW Egypt has it’s role in Prophecy....can’t remember but I don’t think they’re listed as one of the nations that goes against Israel on that day.... even Germany is out of that picture.
Muslim Brotherhood will always create tensions and conflicts....Hamas is simply one of their many puppets....and SiSi knows it all too well. He recognizes the players as does Putin and most in the M.E.....and China is fast learning as well.
Nobody's paying much attention to Obama today...nation leaders are fast recognizing he doesn't know what he's doing....especially those in the East who play him like a fiddle. I often think Obama is simply a coward who doesn't dare make decisions unless it's favorable to himself personally. He really has no interests in Foreign Affairs aside from him taking whatever limelight he can from these events....... HE doesn't grasp the International "theater" he's suppose to operate within....so he makes no decisions except those that continue to cushion his position as Pres. Kinda of like the waterboy on the sidelines watching the pros....but thinks he's in the actual game.
