A Lieutenant General was killed?
Hope that’s a misprint.
Also a major and a colonel are dead.
Must have hit a command vehicle or a command meeting.
Onward IDF! There’s no other way to go.
God bless them and their families. One can only imagine the death toll on the terrorist side as the MSM are only reporting civilians. I’m imagine it must be fairly high due to the hand wringing in the White House and State Department.
May peace be upon them and upon all Israel. amen.
Probably due to more covert infiltrations via those damn tunnels.
How much worse would the death toll be if Israel hadn’t taken action now??
Wonder if their rank structure is like the U.S. Army. A SFC is a E-7 and probably takes about 10 years or more to make. These guys seem kind of young (22 years old).
Such a tragedy that even one Israeli life is lost.
Needless loss due to trying to keep civilian casualties to a minimum. Those civilians probably hate them as much as hamas does.
My brother in law’s officer died today..very sad..a good man who taught him well. My brother in law served in the Israeli army and this man was his officer at the time..RIP to these brave men
While very dangerous, it's the right way to gitter done.
Hamas lives in constant terror and will soon collapse.
I had wondered previously whether the Israelis knew the location of ALL the tunnels, based on the knowledge that WWI on both sides detected tunneling with tech at the time.
I take that back and now wonder why simple technology isn’t being used to defend a frontier from tunnel infiltration.
We’re not talking rocket science, but neither is the US applying the same on our own border...
