At least 50 people carting weapons, flags and posters expressing anger with the porous border took to Vassar, Mich., streets to rally against a plan to ship some of the illegal minor-aged immigrants to their community.
Many in the crowd carried AR-15 rifles and handguns — the latest sign of the growing unrest around the nation that’s marking the federal government’s response to tens of thousands of illegals crossing into U.S. territories in recent months. They also carted “Don’t Tread on Me” flags and a “Second Amendment Revolution” flag, a design that includes the basic Betsy Ross pattern with the Roman number II and a circle of 13 stars, Raw Story reported.

People should be standing up to protest this.
But their ire should not be directed at these kids. They are merely trying to flee horrific conditions existing in their homelands and are as much victims in this mess as we are.
The REAL villain is that bastard in the Oval Office, his collection of racist Alenskyite goons from Holder on down, the morons among the American public who voted for him, and his nearly equally culpable predecessors going back to Bush I.
The sufferings of these kids and the cost of alleviating them should not be shouldered by the American Public, but by the Mexican, Honduran and Guatemalan governments - modern day Dons who collborate with gang members down there.
FOX News pointed out last night that WE pay MILLIONS to the Mexican Govrnment to train THEIR military.
MEANWHILE the Mexican government is an active collaborator in facillitating the erosion of our borders while it illegally detains an American Military hero.

Yeah and it feeds into the MSM, DOJ and DHS narrative that the tea party is nothing but domestic racist/terrorists.
This is very bad optics and runs the danger of alienating the average American who agrees with the protest intent but is mortified by the sight of armed citizens presumably taking the law into their own hands.
Leave the damn guns home guys, all you are doing is giving Holder and Obama your ammo. Its the narrative they want and you are handing it to them. IMHO

I had the reverse idea....send our homeless to these *processing centers*. They’ll receive new clothing, healthcare and education/training.

All protests in Michigan are armed. We even open carry in the state capitol building. People learn to get over it or they get used to wearing adult diapers.
I’m not hearing a lot out of Ann Arbor over this but I suspect they’re trying to keep a low profile. They made themselves a magnet for the homeless and now they’re struggling to deal with them

Liberals have scared people into always worrying about what others will think. It’s part of the Alinsky plan - make people think that what they are feeling is abnormal and they are the only ones feeling that way. Make them feel isolated, and therefore, powerless.
We need to quit buying into the liberal brainwashing.

they are being bused to areas of strategic importance to the election this fall so they can vote illegally and hopefully flip the house Democrat
