It seems interesting that there are murder charges here.
So then, if the woman wants her baby, then the law treats an event which causes death of her baby as murder or homicide. But if she doesn’t want the baby, then that same unborn baby is not treated by the law as a human being.......

They want ALL references to the unborn child being referred as a "human" stricken from all laws.
Such a poisoning would just be a simple batter to the woman, no one else, to them.
