Despite concerns about the potential public health crisis posed by immigrant children crossing the Texas-Mexico border, medical experts say the likelihood of their spreading disease is low. Still, experts in emergency preparedness are urging health care providers and Texas to get ready for many children who may need basic medical care

"I'm a medical doctor and journalist-in-training at the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto, although I live in NYC and report on domestic public health issues. When I'm not studying or writing, I teach yoga at Rikers Island correctional facility and make dresses. "
The old “experts say” trick of the MSM. Yep,
By experts they mean three guys in the news room.
Spoken by the same people who go into hysterics over 'global warming'.

If they're so *safe* why have none of them been relocated smuggled into Washington, D.C.?
All your disease are belong to us.
A nicely “placed” news story by the Administration...
Video: Some who were dispersed by our criminal govt. throughout the U.S. are not showing the symptoms yet:

The DMN has been nothing but pro Jenkins for weeks now. I have emailed and called these “journalists” informing them of the health issues that I have read about and heard about on FOX news. Of course they are downplaying it. Can’t tell the truth. If even one American gets TB or scabies, it is an issue. I guess they didn’t read about the border patrol agents that have gotten sick. Covering for Jenkins is all they are doing.
When did Jenkins delay the invasion? I haven’t read that. We need to keep calling.
Why do I believe REAL physicians working on the front lines rather than a so-called doctor as Yasmin claims that teaches yoga to convicts at Rikers Island?

“During a recent visit to two detention centers that house undocumented migrant children, officials with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) reported that conditions there posed a high risk for infectious disease outbreaks.
Meanwhile, doctors providing medical care for immigrants being released by U.S. Border Patrol ahead of their court dates say those recent detainees were not appropriately screened or treated for illness while in federal
During a tour of detention centers in Brownsville and McAllen last week, state public health officials identified several health-related issues, including a lack of medicine for child immigrants, no comprehensive medical screenings and no testing for vaccinations or tuberculosis.
Our staff believe the childrens living conditions pose a high potential for infectious disease outbreak among the children and staff, department spokeswoman Carrie Williams said. The conditions are not healthy and not acceptable for children by Texas and national public health standards.

So, she is willing to come to the US-Mexico border and examine the “dear young children” herself, eh?
Buried in that article today was the fact that most are teenagers, many are illiterate and have no idea what their vaccination records are.
These people are not journalists. They are repeaters, not reporters.
They probably don't even realize they have picked sides because even that would require some sort of mental exertion.
Send them to DC, Baltimore, Chicago, Oakland, Newark, NOLA.........
Well then, all the public health efforts and vaccinations we've been doing for over a century in this country must be meaningless.
What nonsense!
I just emailed Yasmin. I’m sick of this.
It is 95.67% likely they are lying.
Statistics are not appropriate for n=1.
Furthermore, in THIS case, Swine flu, tuberculosis,
cholera, whooping cough, measles, scabies,
chicken pox and strep are not the only
diseases ALREADY found to having been carried.
One way or another.
