In what states are guns most likely, and least likely, to kill people? Every day in America, nearly 90 people are killed by guns, a total of roughly 32,000 annually, according to federal gun violence statistics.

Detroit is an open carry stand your ground city with a police chief who encourages people to defend themselves and the murder rate there is in free fall. The murder rate there is down some 30% from last year but the media won’t touch it.
so suicide is included among gun violence?
and ropes are not?
Guns don’t kill people—or anything else, idiots.
State level statistics are largely worthless. The real disparity is urban vs rural. I also like how they skewed the data by tossing in suicides to put Wyoming and Montana, two states with high firearm ownership rates and very low firearm related crime rates, near the top of the list.
Total bull!! Connecticut one of the safest, after Sandy Hook. Author didn’t get the memo on that one.
I think its bending... bordering on flat out lies.
This guy is really trying to make the numbers fit his argument. What matters to me is who is pulling the trigger. Throw the suicides out of the conversation and then ask how many criminals pulled the trigger. Ask how many repeat offenders pulled the trigger. Another question to ask is where did the person pulling trigger come from. Recently we have been seeing an increase in crime in my township, in what has been an almost violent crime free township historically. The people committing crimes today, don’t live here. They live in the city. Guess what color they are ... they ain’t white.
The rate is the same for all states. Guns kill zero people.
People WITH guns, on the other hand, kill people on occasion.

I would love to see a breakdown of gun violence along racial lines. The liberal pillow biters would never do such a study because it would destroy their false narrative. It isn’t gun violence, it’s black violence.

Seems to the norm with a few young white psychotic pill poppers with mental illnesses that shoot the place up to further the progressive gun grabbing agenda. It wouldn’t surprise me one bit if the 0 administration has a list of young millenials on psychotropic drugs that have parent’s with a heavy gun arsenal that they mess with using psychological welfare on until they finally snap and shoot the place up. You think I’m kidding, right? I’m not.
Do not buy into their basic premise. “Gun Violence” is a propaganda metric. It is the start of the Big Lie. This is just a variant on the theme of “Gun Violence”. By limiting the data to “gun violence”, you eliminate all positive contributions by people with guns, and eliminate all the negative thing that happen when people do not have guns.

A gun is the same no matter what state it is in. It remains ignorant to both state lines and the gun laws floating about it.
Bingo...you got it.
Having a lot of guns could happen for many reasons, and its consequences aren’t immune to circumstances either.
SON OF A GUN
In a way, the gun and the drug issues are parallel.
People use or misuse guns.
People use or misuse drugs.
Both are subject to good or evil motives.
