I tried it some years ago, before it was trendy. I was down to about 25 foods I could eat. I think I lasted about 90 days. I don't remember if I felt better.
These are a good BBQ alternative for those who are gluten-free.
Brush cooked baked potatoes shells halved lngthwise with garlic butter. Crisp on grill 4-4-1/2 min per side. SPOON sliced grilled franks into potato shells; drizzle with BBQ sauce, and top with cheese. Grill/melt. Serve topped with sour cream and chives.
You can even fool yourself: leave grilled franks whole and slip into potato skins---like you would a bun---add fave toppings.
I tried one of those all the veggies one could eat, but little meat, bread, etc, diet.
I noticed no matter how much lettuce salad I consumed, I always had a gnawing hungry feeling.
Finally, I said heck with this, and fixed some steak. The hunger dissipated almost immediately. Conclusion: Veggies are okay to supplement, but we are meat eaters.

The main culprit seems to be carbs, because the body changes those into sugar.
Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, cheese/most dairy, nuts, oils... These are all whole, unprocessed foods. They’re generally very healthy for you, and are all gluten free. There are hundreds of options within these types of foods alone. Not sure how you ended up with only 25.
