MURRIETA -- An American flag has reportedly been burned by pro-amnesty protesters near the Murrieta Border Patrol station on America’s Independence Day. Breitbart News obtained the above photograph, which shows a burnt flag on the ground, from an anti-illegal immigration activist who was monitoring the pro-amnesty demonstration. Opponents of illegal immigration had gathered in Murrieta to stop Friday´s planned transfer of Central American illegal aliens, as they did earlier this week. A pro-amnesty counter-demonstration was organized in response. The illegal aliens, many of them unaccompanied children, are being brought from overcrowded Texas detention facilities for processing in California

We frequently hear Americans expressing sympathy for the illegals and trying to understand their side of it. (”They only want a better life! They’re so poor! I would do the same if I were them,” etc.) But I have never...NEVER...heard an illegal or one of their advocates express the slightest sympathy for Americans. No, “Gee, I guess I can see the Americans’ side of things. It’s their country. They didn’t ask for this.” Never. Just, “We’re taking over, YOU leave, viva La Raza,” etc. Nothing but arrogance. Why would we want “immigrants” like this? They’re a far cry from the Ellis Island immigrants who practically kissed the ground upon arrival here and were proud to become Americans.

As far as I’m concerned, the illegals are rotten scum. Send them all back, each and every last one.

There were large protests by illegals and supporters of illegals in 2006, carrying Mexican flags- disrespecting our flag, our country and our citizens- not quite 10 years ago...and nothing happened that I know of, few counter protestors. I know many were very angry and a few woke up to the issues of illegals. It was one of the straws that led to demands for a fence. Here we are with far worse border issues, a President that is encouraging it...crazy.

Sounds to me like some people need a good old fashioned country butt whooping. Check their ID. If illegals or green card holders deport them. If American? Their neighbors and co-workers should shun them. Put some shame back in their behavior.

The Senate amnesty bill is dangerously flawed, and its glaring omissions WRT protecting US ntl security, cannot ever serve as the basis for useful legislation.

By legalizing illegal aliens w/out shoring up law enforcement, we hand an engraved invitation to global Third Worlders----all of 'em salivating to ride the US gravy train.....each seperatist group conniving to achieve its hidden agenda.

Amnesty recklessly opens the door wide for illiterate, low-skilled aliens, born and bred in savage cultures, here to suck up US benefits and take jobs away from Americans.

Third Worlders may, in fact, contribute their labor to the US, but their loyalties are elsewhere----they have no intention of becoming Americanized....of participating as equals in American culture, revering our vast history, or preserving American values.

The Senate amnesty bill is a blueprint----it amply demonstrates that illegal separatist populations intend to usurp the US political system to advance their own hidden agenda.
