I’m going tomorrow and make my first purchase.

Had a friend who was an asst manager at Hobby Lobby - they run 30%-50% ads off each week and she said they rotate. One week flower 50% off, then decor 50% off, then home furnishings 50% off then back to flowers 50% off, etc. Keep in mind when you shop. I want them to make money, just a tip to my FReeper friends.

I hope HB doesn't advertise in that leftist rag, the Tampa Bay Times. A sick cartoon on the editorial page debased the chain the other day because of the Supreme Court decision. I hope no Florida freepers still subscribe to this despicable "New York Times South" fish wrap!

If y'all visit Hobby Lobby this coming week, please make it a point to congratulate each and every employee you see on the floor. They had to sweat out their very jobs and income over these many months, along with their courageous owners. Tell the manager, also.

Last time I was in, I asked for the manager and told him I was praying for a righteous decision. His eyes lit up....you can't imagine the grateful reaction of the help....but you certainly will experience it if you spread a few words of congrats around.

I love this chain. Wandering leisurely up and down their aisles is like having a day's vacation in shoppers' heaven.
