I hope this reaches to the larger issue of voter fraud as well. There’s crap in the waters at election time.

Article says he has to file challenge with the State Republican Committee; if they refuse his challenge, he has to file an appeal with court. What are the chances the Committee is going to approve his challenge?
I am hoping the best for McDaniel’s.

The reason election fraud is never pursued very far is because both the Democrats and the RINOs do it and they both have a lot to hide. The TEA party doesn't have the power to commit election fraud, so they have nothing to hide and nothing to lose by turning over some rocks.
The RINOs better tell Thadeus to withdraw very soon, or no telling how many RINOs and their operatives could wind up behind bars.

Everyone in Mississippi is only a couple of degrees of separation from everyone else. Everyone knows who the weasels are.
Time to bring back “shunning.” Refuse to do business with them. Refuse to attend their social events. Refuse to talk to them on the street.

.
My guess is that the process will require about three months.
I suspect that the Mississippi courts will be the first venue, but that would effectively give Thad Cochran the nomination as the Mississippi Courts will tie this up for months.
Perhaps the Federal Courts are the best approach, since "voting integrity" in a U.S. Senate race is "federal" jurisdiction.
I suspect the Federal Courts would be more sympathetic and move fast enough for McDaniels to get another run-off election, and thus win the U.S. Seante seat in November.
Time is critical.
Not to be showing off here, but I gave the McDaniel Campaign an extra $ 50 today to help with his legal efforts.
Chris McDaniel is the 2014 version of Lexington Green.
Let's show these GOPe RINO Bastards that we have the will to fight savagely for victory.
So many "Tea Party" conservatives might take offense at the fight "savagely" remark.
The last time I checked, Bunker Hill, The Alamo and Omaha Beach were victories achieved "only" because American Patriots fought "savagely".

Corruption at its best. Those involved need to be sent to a nice place like Angola prison, I know it is in Louisiana but it is a hell hole.

The Pubbie Party is Leftist/collectivist like the Dems. They’ve been that way for a good 100+ years.

How much time does the State Republican Committee have to respond? Can they run out the clock?

I think it needs to be done very publically. I think the documents should be hand delivered by McDaniel and a couple hundred citizens who would like to have the answer and would be willing to wait until the answer is given.

Here is a little info but it’s not specific on timing. However I would think that if
fraud can be proven then the clock would not be an issue. If the election is fraud ridden
then it would seem to me that another election could be mandated even a year from now.
JMO and I’m not a lawyer nor know the MS code, etc.

Final numbers from the counties must be submitted by a July 7th deadline. Thats when
we can expect certification. There are still absentee votes and affidavit ballots to be counted.
Many people felt like todays meeting was something, some type of certification that
was finalized where people couldnt challenge it, said Nosef. Thats also not true.
After we give the results to the Secretary of State, that actually begins the time when
someone can file a complaint if they desire. So this was part of the process and its
part of every process.
Once the numbers are submitted to the Secretary of States office, it will publish the
results and then anyone contesting the election can file a complaint, but that has
to be in a court of law.

The reason election fraud is never pursued very far is because both the Democrats and the RINOs do it and they both have a lot to hide. Not to mention the whole world is against anyone who tries to stop them. The media jumps in yelling poor loser and they present a united front to protect their fraud.
I pray Chris follows through. And America needs to keep a lose eye on Kansas and TN as well.

The Republican who lost a primary runoff electionOne thing I have noticed is that all the articles about McDaniel begin with this type of a statement.
When conservatives write about the main stream media, we should begin repeatedly with a meme, like they are doing.
"The main stream media, that has become the propaganda outlet of the far left..."
"The main stream media, that can no longer cover news without left wing bias..."
